'Biased' media ignores pro-life marchers

Published: February 1, 2013 4:00 AM

Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see any photos or coverage of the hundreds of thousands who braved the cold temperatures, who marched to protest the slaughter of the unborn.

But the liberals, who want to wipe their feet on our constitutional right to bear arms get front-page coverage with only "thousands" of them at Washington, D.C., just one day after a much larger protest happened at the same place that got little to no coverage.

This is biased reporting. It's also how our president won re-election. Face it, the mainstream media is in love with Obama.

John McCarty, Garrettsville

Objective journalism has been defeated and trashed by liberal progressives. The liberal press bias has only become so blatently obvious since alternative news media such as Fox and via the internet have become available and so popular. And....the soros's people created their misinformation propaganda with staffing groups like media matters.

We do not have a news media any more. **** you turn on the news program and you get a couple of egoistical movie star want to bees. They are more interested in talking about what kind of panty shields some dam rock star wears than to tell you the news. Then to stretch the variety show, aka news program out, they turn it into amateur hour and have some darn never herd of band stand up their and scream out what they call a song.

McCarty has a problem with the "slaughter of the unborn" but (by McCartys phrasing) a defender of killers having access to the tools of mass murder used in the slaughter of actual living, breathing children? Oh, the Irony. But it does go to show, some only care till they hit the air.

My English Comp 101 teacher would say, it may be apparent to you what you're trying to convey but the reader is left wondering. Those librul feet wipers in D.C. getting coverage ... for what? Doing the nasty on the National Mall? Swimming in the Reflecting Pool? Apparently you're making an issue of "gun protests" getting more news coverage than the "chain woman to the stove protests", and I wonder why? You jealous? Envious? Aren't jealousy and envy sins?

Excellent letter. I agree completely.
