James M. Wesley, age 75 of Brimfield, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2013, surrounded by his family. He was born December 28, 1937, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
James was a veteran of both the US Air Force and US Army. He was a repairman for the Singer Sewing Machine Company for 28 years until his retirement in 1992.
James was an active member of the New Beginning Fellowship Church in Brimfield. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and gardening, as well as the many family trips to Myrtle Beach. James was also interested in the history of the Civil War, but most of all was dedicated to his family.
James is survived by his beloved wife Pat Wesley and his children: David (Debbie) Wesley, Jason (Melanie) Wesley, and Jon (Stacy) Wesley. Jim was also the proud grandfather of Mackenzie, Nathan, Amanda, Payton, Gavin, Allison, Nick, Justin, Mia, and Emma.
Cremation has taken place, and friends will be received Thursday, January 24, 2013, from 5:00 PM until the 6:00 PM Memorial Service celebrated by Pastor Tommie Nicholas at the New Beginning Fellowship Church. Final resting place will be at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman.

Pat, Jason, David, and Jon sorry to hear about your father.
He was a great man and we will all miss him. I have great memories of us all growing up together in Brimfield and playing basketball and hunting.
