Milton H. Hamilton

Milton H. Hamilton, age 88, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012, at his home in Rootstown.

He was born November 9, 1924, in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late John D. and Daisy (Griffin) Hamilton.

Milton was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and retired from Goodyear after 38 years of service. Mr. Hamilton attended the Rootstown United Methodist Church and faithfully served his Lord and Savior his entire life.

Survivors include his children: Thomas E., Mark A. (Shelly), and Jacqueline A. all of Rootstown; grandsons: Nathan, Joshua, and Luke; and precious great-granddaughter, Lizzy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha, and son, David.

Friends will be received Saturday, December 29, 2012, from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM funeral service officiated by Pastor Philip Raynes at the Rootstown United Methodist Church.
