Robert Louis Reho, Sr.,Age 78 of Streetsboro, Ohio, born January 14, 1934 in Painesville, Ohio

died November 19, 2012 at Akron General Medical Cente.r

Mr. Reho was a production manger for Allied Chemical, he also worked at Robin Tech where he was the plant manager, and then retired from Parker Hanifin where he was the Director of Purchasing at the Ravenna Plant.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a lifetime member of the Elks BPOE 549. He excelled in sports and played in the MLB for the Baltimore, Orioles. He played football, baseball, and basketball while attending Ashland University and Harvey High School. He played in various local leagues following his MLB career. He also enjoyed bowling and coaching youth baseball.

Survivors include his son, Rob (Beth) Reho of Copley, Ohio; grandchildren, Joseph, Allyson, and Natalie; brother, Steven (Anita) of Painesville; sisters, Grace Shupp of Concord, and Dorothy (Jack) Chapman of Washington Island, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Joann who died on November 18, 2012 and his daughter, Dana

Services will be Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 11:00AM at Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave. (opposite Lake Erie College), Painesville, Ohio with Rt. Rev. Louis Medgyesi of Hungarian Reform Church of Fairport Harbor. Visitation Friday, November 23, 2012 from 5-8PM at the funeral home.

Burial at Riverside Cemetery, Painesville, OH

Because Mr. Reho and his wife loved working with special needs children, memorial contributions are suggested, in lieu of flowers to, Through the Roof Ministries, P.O. Box 3333, Akron, Ohio 44309, A ministry associated with The Chapel in Akron.
