Mick Bresky

Born Dec. 29, 1912 in Campbellsport, he was the son of Luke and Julia (Shutiak) Boresky. He was a life resident of Portage County.

Mr. Bresky worked as a forman for Darwall in Ravenna. He also was a carpenter and a handyman in his neighborhood.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret, whom he married in 1940; daughter, Barbara Sorkin of Rootstown; two grandchildren; one great-grandson; and sisters, Julia Porter, Sue Cipriano and Helen Martinkus, all of Ravenna. His son-in-law, Nathan (Buck) Sorkin, died previously.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shorts Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel. Sister Regina Zeleznik will officiate. Burial in Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown.
