Robert McVeigh

He was born Nov. 6, 1928 in Cleveland, the son of Robert and Ethel (Bragg) McVeigh.

Mr. McVeigh attended the First Christian Church of Ravenna. He was active with Alcoholics Anonymous and was a member of the Mantua Fun Club. He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran.

Survivors include his sister, Della Keck of Arizona; nieces and nephews, and his fianc, Mary Gajdos of Ravenna. His brothers, George and Edward, and one sister died previously.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place one hour before the 1 p.m. memorial service Saturday at the Wood Kortright Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel, with the Rev. Dr. Russell Goldner officiating.
