Doris Persuhn

Born Sept. 30, 1940 in Cleveland, she was the daughter of Theodore and Edna (Bailey) Taylor. She had lived in Ravenna most of her life.

Mrs. Persuhn had worked as a nurse's aide at Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna.

She was was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle of Streetsboro.

Survivors include her husband, Robert E. Sr.; sons, Robert E. Jr. of Ravenna, and Ralph E. of Kent; daughter, Dawna J. Hensley of Kent; six grandchildren; brother, Robert E. Taylor of Florida; sister, Edna J. Dean of Cleveland Heights; half-brother, Terry of Ravenna; and sister, Lucille Parr of Florida.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Wood-Kortright Funeral Home, Ravenna Chapel, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Thomas Shirer officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
