Candidate Night Oct. 14 in Kent

The Kent League of Women Voters is hosting a candidate night on Wednesday, October 14, 7 p.m. at Stanton Middle School, 1175 Hudson Road, Kent.
Candidates from the races for Kent mayor, Kent City council and the two county municipal judgeships have been invited. With the League's format, the candidates answer questions from the audience and are given time to make brief statements.
Information will be available about Issue 4, the county-wide Child Welfare renewal levy; Issue 5, the Portage County Health Department additional levy; and Issue 6, the Portage County Library District additional levy.
