Iraq War Vet/ Musician Comes to Kent for Historic Concert and Fundraiser after appearing in new CSNY film "Deja Vu". Kent, Ohio, May 2, 2008 ----Josh Hisle, an Iraq War veteran noted for his recent performance with Neil Young and Graham Nash at the Sundance Film Festival, recently announced that he will be traveling to Kent, Ohio for an anti-war concert and fund-raiser. The event, which is titled "Songs of Protest Kent State", will take place on Saturday, May 17th, 2008 which is just days after the 38th anniversary of the famous Kent State shootings of 1970 for which CSNY gained fame with their song "Ohio ". The concert will feature Hisle's band "Lost in Holland" as well as other noted acts from the Kent area such as Ryan Kralik, Aaron Brooks of Trendy and Mike Christopher. Carol Williams, a noted singer-songwriter from Chicago will be performing as will Victor Street, an alt-rock band from Cincinatti and other "Very Special Guests". The Robin Hood Live!, a 350 capacity concert venue in downtown Kent , will house the event. Hisle appears and performs music in the new film "Deja Vu" which chronicles Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's 2006 "Freedom of Speech Tour" and he recently performed with Neil Young and Graham Nash at January's "Sundance Film Festival" in Park City, Utah where "Deja Vu" premiered. Josh has also been featured on CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 and other news networks in recent months.
