SUNDAY, MAY 18th 11am- 4pm
MOYER FIELDS in RANDOLPH
You can come to walk anytime from 11-4.
All proceeds from the walk will benefit the Mitchen family.
Prizes to the top 2 Fundraisers
1. Top Overall 2. Top Fundraiser who brings the
most money the day of the event
The track is approx. mile one time around
GET YOUR SPONSOR SHEET, AND GET READY TO WALK FOR A GREAT CAUSE !!

Concession Stand will be $$OPEN$$
50/50 raffle , $1 ea/ 6 for $5
All proceeds from the concessions and 50/50 will benefit the Tony Adams Family.

CORNHOLE
Tournament Starts @ 11:00
Cost Per Team: $10.00 in advance
$15.00 day of event
2 per team
VOLLEYBALL
Tournament Starts @ 1:00
Cost Per Team: $12.00 in advance
$16.00 day of event
4 per team
EUCHRE
Tournament Starts @ 12:00
Cost Per Person : $10.00 in advance
$15.00 day of event
16 maximum
Prizes: 50% of total entry fees collected for each individual tournament listed will be awarded to FIRST PLACE
All remaining proceeds will benefit the Mitchen family.
Arrive 15 minutes prior to tournament start time. However, if signing up day of event, arrive 1/2 hr early

To the Mitchen family,
I tried to find your phone number and it was not listed, so I am just going to put it out there. We are praying for you and hope that God holds you close at this time. We are so sorry for your loss. Please call me if you ever need an ear.(listed) I may still have my husband, but he is not the same one I married. The grieving process is hard. Take everything day by day.
