No Insurance + Car Accident = No Problem

Kent is just awesome. Where else can you cause $5217.99 worth of damage to a vehicle in an accident when you have no insurance & they cut you a break? The courts were so nice to the young lady that hit my husbands SUV I can almost feel the love. Her court costs & fine were $217 but they only made her pay $92 because they dismissed $125 (I guess they felt sorry for her) isn't that sweet? But her good fortune doesn't stop there, she didn't lose her license so she can still drive the streets with the rest of us. I am so glad my husband & I could help her out by getting stuck with the bill for damages so that she can go on with her life free & clear. Thanks Kent.

Insurance is Expensive

Not that I am sticking up for this girl who is driving around town with no insurance, but We (family of 5) had to sell my husbands car because of the crazy economy between his payment and insurance it free's up $300 a months which I now spend for food and gas!! Now we have only 1 vehicle and my husband works 60 miles away. Thank heavens I work at home, but when school starts I'm not sure what will happen. We both work and are a middle income family but times are tough maybe she can't afford it, ever think of that!

I'm sorry you're having a rough time,so are we did,you ever think of that!!What makes you think it is ok for us to have to pay for the accident that she caused? You would change your mind if it happened to you & it came out of your pocket.By the way my daughter was driving our car & had her 1 year old baby with her, they were moving the last of their belongings out of their apartment & going to a homeless shelter. At least the other driver has a home, job, car & cellphone, that's alot more than my daughter has.But I guess you would say it was our fault for helping our daughter by letting her use the car.At least we see what type of person you are by siding with the criminal & not the law abiding victims.Just curious, are you the person that helped her leave the scene of the accident?

Its is a law to carry insurance

My wife and three year old daughter were also involved in an accident with an uninsured driver we were stopped at a stop sogn and we were t-boned did he get in trouble of course not and we had to pay our deductible.we both work but we dont make good money at all but it is the law to carry it .so you know what find a cheaper insurance company that is no excuse.
