As I'm watching the mail man pull up to my mailbox, he puts my mail in the box. Then he light a cigarette. Then drives off on his way. I haven't had a cigarette in 2 months. However when I did smoke I couldnt even smoke at my place of work. And this guy a goverment employee and drive around all day delivering mail and smoking.. Just doesnt seem right.

If the guy is smoking, and you are not in the vehicle with him. Who cares. People need to just worry about themselves more and not what other people do.

You people so concerned about the smokers need to get a life. I don't smoke, and I could care less if you choose to kill yourself with cigarettes. The real crime is you can't smoke anywhere, but you can carry a gun. Which kills faster?

How could that possably bother you? We are all free AMERICANS! Can't we all just get along?

Get over it. I am sick of hearing people whining about other peoples' habits. Our society has been trained to act like little Hitlers by the government. Now they're making noise about how the government should penalize people for being overweight. What's next? Having blue eyes? Being too short?
