A workshop on diabetes will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at The Loyalton of Ravenna, 141 Chestnut Hill Drive.
The event is free and open to the public.
The diabetic nutritional program will be led by Tina Rasor of Accurate Medical Supply Inc. Topics will include "Diabetic Foot Care" and "Preventing Complications with Diabetes."
Those attending can receive a free meter upgrade and could be eligible for a pair of diabetic shoes.
