Roofers work atop Pufferbelly in Kent

Workers make repairs to the roof of the historic Erie Railroad depot building in downtown Kent Tuesday. Work on the building, which currently houses the Pufferbelly Ltd. restaurant, shut down a lane of Franklin Avenue Tuesday morning to allow workers to park their equipment at the site. The structure was set for demolition in the 1970s before the Kent Historical Society purchased the building and renovated it for use as a restaurant and office space.
