Brr. Winter is returning

A rush of cold Canadian air will send Ohio's temperatures plunging tonight, the National Weather Service said. Highs on Saturday will be in the 30s and on Sunday, in the 20s. Skies will remain cloudy over the weekend, with snow showers likely in the north. By Saturday night, the mercury will have dropped into the teens. The record-high temperature for this date at the Columbus weather station was 65 degrees in 1946 while the record low was 5 below zero in 1979. Sunset tonight will be at 5:24 p.m. and sunrise Saturday at 7:53 a.m.
