DEERFIELD — The township’s zoning code is out, and make no mistake about it — Larry Lomaz and Midwest Fireworks are on their way back.
Lomaz, who says his investment company owns the land on U.S. 224 where he operated Midwest Fireworks for many years, says he’s bringing everything back — the fireworks, the concerts, and, no question, the controversy that raged over the business for decades.
