Celtic Clan concert set for Saturday

The Unitarian Universalist Church of Kent will host a family-friendly conĀ­cert of traditional Irish music by the Celtic Clan of Kent at 7 p.m. Saturday. There will be toe-tapping jigs and reels, songs and dancing. This is a church fundraiser. The cost is $7 per person but is free for children age 12 and younger. Light refreshments will be served following the concert. Gearing up for the event are, from left, Don Easterling, Trish McLoughlin, Nancy Barbour, Christie Anderson and Rhonda Richardson. Joining them for the concert will be vocalist Katie Grigg Miller and Bruce Richards on the mandolin.
