Winter Reading Program set at Kent Free Library

Published:

The Kent Free Library's third annual Winter Reading Program starts Jan. 5.

Students through fifth grade can earn snowflakes for attending a library program, checking out five books, or filling out a book review. Snowflakes can then be used as raffle entries for a variety of prizes. The prizes may be viewed in the DuBois Children's Room.

The program ends on March 2.

The prize-winners will be notified after March 4.

The library's first Teen Winter Reading Program will take place at the same time. Teens in grades six through 12 may stop by the DuBois Children's Reading Room to collect a bingo card, then complete the card for a chance to win a Target gift card.

For more information, contact the Youth Services Department at 330-673-4414 or kflinfo@kentfreelibrary.org.

The library is located at 312 W. Main St. in Kent.
