P.E.R.I. to hear from 'Abe Lincoln' Dec. 13

The Public Employee Retirees, Inc., Chapter No. 63, will meet Dec. 13 at the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown. Lunch will be served at noon with the business meeting following.

Gerald Payne, an Abe Lincoln impersonator, will present the program.
