Luis and Alissa Perez of Stow announce the birth of their daughter, Chelsey Morgan Perez, born Feb. 5 at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna. She weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces. Grandparents are Pam Neading and Terry Neading, both of Edinburg, Terri Perez of Ravenna and Luis Perez of Miami, Fla. Great-grandmother is Sonya Neading of Cuyahoga Falls.
