A Community Book Club will be held Thursday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Donaghy Room at the Kent Free Library. An open discussion will be facilitated by Pat Druckenmiller on The Watsons Go To Birmingham, 1963 by Christopher Paul Curtis. The CBC is sponsored by the Friends of Kent City Schools Libraries and is a part of the Community Reads Program held in conjunction with the Christopher Paul Curtis visit to Kent City Schools on April 2. More than 600 copies of the featured book are being distributed throughout the Kent City School District as part of a grant funded program.
