"Rent"
Tony Award winning musical "Rent" will be performed at 8 p.m. Oct. 30, 31, Nov. 4, 5, 6, 7 and at 2 p.m. Nov. 1 and 8. Tickets are between $8 and $16. "Rent" is the story of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York's Lower East Side during the thriving days of Bohemian, Alphabet City, under the shadow of AIDS. Based on Giacomo Puccini's opera La Bohme, the show also won a Pulitzer Prize and gained critical acclaim.
