LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING City of Aurora The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Aurora, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the following: 1) A variance is being requested from Section 1153.04(e)(2)(A)(4) of the Aurora Codified Ordinances for the property at 880 Rock Creek Dr. to allow a five foot fence where a fence abutting a public right-of-way shall be no more than four feet in height. 2) A variance is being requested from Section 1155.04(c) of the Aurora Codified Ordinances for the property at 500 Fox Run Trail to allow an accessory building four feet from the property line, when ten feet is required. 3) A variance is being requested from Section 1153.04(b)(1) of the Aurora Codified Ordinances for the property at 1451 Page Road to allow a third accessory structure, when no more than two shall be erected on any lot. 4) A variance is being requested from Section 1155.04(c) of the Aurora Codified Ordinances for the property at 857 East Blvd to allow an accessory building in a side yard next to a residential structure, when accessory buildings are required to be in a rear yard and fifteen feet from a residential structure. The hearing is on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Aurora City Hall, 130 South Chillicothe Road, Aurora, Ohio. An opportunity will be afforded to anyone from the public who wishes to comment. Written statements will be accepted in the office of the Board of Zoning Appeals clerk, 129 West Pioneer Trail, Aurora, Ohio 44202 or by mailing the statement to the same address.
