FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP
Jason W. Wilder II, 20, with a last known address on Brady Lake Road, was arrested April 30 on warrants charging him with one count each of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor. On Sept. 30, Wilder allegedly broke into an unoccupied building in the 5700 block of Horning Road, according to the Portage County Sheriff's Office. He also allegedly possessed a stolen iPod in the 1600 block of Franklin Avenue in Kent on March 31, according to Kent police.

GARRETTSVILLE
Hunter W. Robinette, 22, of Heath, was arrested April 28 and charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Robinette allegedly possessed methamphetamine in the area of Center Street and Maple Avenue, according to Garrettsville police.

NELSON
Audra E. Nieves and William H. Woodall, both 19 and both of Cleveland, were arrested April 28 and charged with one count each of possession of LSD, both fifth-degree felonies. Nieves and Woodall allegedly possessed foil containing four doses of LSD during a traffic stop by a trooper, according to the Ravenna post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Hogan M. Yusko, 35, of Erie, Pa., was arrested April 28 and charged with one count each of trafficking in marijuana and possession of criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies. Yusko allegedly possessed two jars containing marijuana he intended to sell and a digital scale containing suspected marijuana residue in the area of the Nelson Ledges Quarry Park on S.R. 282, according to the Portage County Sheriff's Office.

Richard V. Nucciarone, 31, with a last known address in Mentor, was arrested April 29 and charged with trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Nucciarone allegedly possessed 295 clonazepam pills, used to treat anxiety and seizure disorders, along with a digital scale, marijuana, 10 Suboxone pills, seven small plastic baggies containing suspected drug residue and $250 in cash during a traffic stop at Parkman Road and S.R. 305, according to the Portage County Sheriff's Office.

RAVENNA TOWNSHIP
Kenneth A. Toth, 66, of 6272 Booth Road, Edinburg, was arrested April 29 and charged with theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. Toth allegedly stole $163.67 worth of merchandise from the Kent/Ravenna Walmart, 2600 S.R. 59, according to the Portage County Sheriff's Office.

Bryson J. Frantz, 18, of Berlin Center, was arrested April 30 and charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony. Frantz allegedly sol or offered to sell the painkiller oxycodone in the 7700 block of Newton Falls Road, according to the Portage County Sheriff's Office.
