Ladeidra L. Harding, 33, of Akron, was indicted Aug. 30, 2011, and served Nov. 14 with a copy of an indictment alleging one count each of forgery and theft, both fifth-degree felonies. On May 14, 2011, Harding allegedly cashed a fraudulent check for $648.16 on an account belonging to Paris Healthcare Inc. of Ravenna at the Kent/Ravenna Walmart on S.R. 59, according to her indictment.

Xavier N. Taylor, 21, of 1002 S. Water St., Kent, was indicted Sept. 24 on one count each of illegal manufacturing of drugs, a second-degree felony, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony. Taylor and a Solon man who has yet to be indicted allegedly manufactured methamphetamine in an apartment in the 200 block of South River Street in Kent on June 6, according to his indictment.

Jacob S. Hagy, 28, of 5618 Indian Canoe Trail, Charlestown, was indicted Sept. 25 on one count each of possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Jacob Hagy allegedly possessed less than a gram of heroin, the painkiller Opana and a syringe and a straw for ingesting drugs in Ravenna on Aug. 13, according to his indictment.

Melissa R. Miller, 33, of 5354 Pioneer Trail, Mantua Township, was indicted Sept. 25 on one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Miller allegedly possessed less than five grams of cocaine in Ravenna on June 10, according to her indictment.

Kyle M. Jarvis, 18, of 251 North Ave., Ravenna, was indicted Sept. 25 on one count each of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Jarvis allegedly had a bag containing nine pills of the prescription painkiller oxycodone hidden in his wallet that was found by corrections officers while he was being booked into the Portage County jail on June 18, according to his indictment.

Christopher M. Noland, 21, of 128 E. Central Ave., Ravenna, was indicted Sept. 26 on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Noland allegedly possessed MDMA, aka ecstasy, an illegal synthetic psychoactive drug, in Kent on April 17, according to his indictment.

Angela Lawson, 30, of 422 Cherry St., Apt. 301, Kent, was indicted Sept. 28 on two counts of endangering children, both third-degree felonies, and one count of intimidation of a victim or witness in a criminal case, a first-degree misdemeanor. Between April 2008 and April 2010 and again between April 2010 and September, Lawson allegedly endangered a child under the age of 18, resulting in serious physical harm. She also allegedly tried to intimidate a victim or witness to the alleged crime to keep them from filing charges, according to her indictment.

Catherine Grabowski, 43, of 2882 E. Pioneer Trail, Mantua Township, was indicted Oct. 4 on one count of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. Grabowski allegedly had sexual contact with a 10-year-old boy at least once between Oct. 1, 2011, and Aug. 13, 2012, according to her indictment.

George D. Beech, 42, and Eric D. Beech, 19, both of 1636 Notman Road, Deerfield, were indicted Oct. 18 on one count each of aggravated burglary, both first-degree felonies. The two men allegedly broke into a residence in the 9800 block of Williams Road in Diamond and assaulted a 19-year-old man living there on Oct. 15, according to their indictments.

Brittany R. Clement, 19, with a last known address of 5340 Sandra Drive, Ravenna Township, and Stephen M. Georges, 19, with a last known address of 846 S. Diamond St., Ravenna, were indicted Oct. 18 on one count each of theft, both fifth-degree felonies. Clement and Georges allegedly stole a toolbox containing $2,000 in cash and jewelry from some of Clement's relatives members on March 30, according to her indictment.

Katelin E. Yoho, 22, of Uniontown, was indicted Oct. 18 on one count each of theft, a fifth-degree felony, and criminal trespass, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Yoho allegedly trespassed at the Saks Off Fifth outlet store at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets on South Chillicothe Road in Aurora and stole $3,328 worth of clothing on June 5, according to her indictment.

Chad W. Price, 37, of Macedonia, was indicted Oct. 18 on one count each of aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony, vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony, operating a vehicle under the influence and refusal to submit to chemical tests, both first-degree misdemeanors. Price, who allegedly was intoxicated and being reckless, allegedly caused serious physical harm to a woman while driving a 2009 Club golf cart at Round-up Lake in Mantua Township on July 1. He also refused breath tests to determine his blood alcohol content, according to his indictment.

Shannon R. Cain, 39, of 10180 Ravenwood Court, Streetsboro, was indicted Oct. 18 on one count of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. Cain allegedly possessed more than a bulk amount of four different kinds of anabolic steroids in Streetsboro on May 6, according to her indictment.

Leiah J. Kiser, 29, of North Benton, was indicted Oct. 18 on one count each of theft and forgery, both fifth-degree felonies. Kiser allegedly stole $99.99 from a Deerfield woman by forging three bank checks between May 16 and May 22, according to her indictment.

Jamal R. Harris, 33, of 960 Parmalee St., Kent, was indicted Oct. 18 on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Harris allegedly possessed methamphetamine in Kent on June 18, according to his indictment.

Leondre R. Liddell, 28, of 4293 Skeels St., Ravenna Township, was indicted Oct. 18 on one count each of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor. Liddell allegedly possessed less than five grams of cocaine and obstructed Ravenna police officers who were performing their official duties on Aug. 8, according to his indictment.

Darrell M. Pool, 20, of 10125 Westridge Lane, Streetsboro, was indicted Oct. 25 on one count each of corrupting another with drugs, a fourth-degree felony, trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor. Pool allegedly sold or offered to sell less than 200 grams of marijuana, gave marijuana to a 17-year-old boy and possessed less than 100 grams of marijuana in Streetsboro on Aug. 26, according to his indictment.

Gena M. Gruley, aka Gena M. Rodgers, 41, of 6235 Gladys St., Ravenna Township, was indicted Oct. 25 on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count each of possession of cocaine and possession of heroin, all fifth-degree felonies, and two counts of possession of drugs, both first-degree misdemeanors. Gruley allegedly possessed less than a gram of heroin and less than five grams of cocaine, less than a bulk amount of oxycodone, amphetamine, buprenorphine and clonazepam at Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna on June 9, according to her indictment.

Ahmed A. Refaie, 25, of 1840 Rhodes Road, Apt. 370, Kent, was indicted Oct. 25 on one count each of trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony, and sexual imposition, a third-degree misdemeanor. Refaie allegedly trespassed in an apartment in College Towers, 1840 Rhodes Road, and had unwanted sexual contact with a female resident inside her apartment on Oct. 15, according to his indictment.

Matthew J. Claar, 34, of 9507 Wolf Road, Windham, was indicted Oct. 25 on one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony. Claar allegedly caused serious physical harm to another man's skull by hitting him in the head with a beer bottle in Windham on July 17, according to his indictment.

Maria A. Buttitta, 20, of Hinckley, was indicted Oct. 25 on one count of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony. Buttitta allegedly stole more than $7,500 worth of gold and diamond jewelry from an Aurora woman on July 27, according to her indictment.

Robert W. Hart Jr., 62, of 5063 McClintocksburg Road, Palmyra, was indicted Oct. 26 on one count each of illegal cultivation of marijuana, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana, all third-degree felonies, and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. Hart allegedly grew and possessed, with the intent to sell, between 1,000 and 5,000 grams of marijuana in the 10000 block of Higgins Drive in Deerfield on Aug. 10. He also allegedly possessed grow lights, chemicals, trays, air purifiers, transformers, a drying rack and a digital scale to assist in the illegal cultivation of marijuana, according to his indictment.

Zac B. Blankenship, 40, of 444 Park Ave., Kent, was indicted Oct. 30 and Amanda S. Werner, 31, of Youngstown, was indicted Sept. 21 on one count each of receiving stolen property, both fifth-degree felonies. On July 6, Blankenship and Werner allegedly possessed more than $1,000 worth of jewelry reported stolen from a Kent woman, according to their joint indictment.

Erik Weber, 19, of 4797 Scenic Drive, Rootstown, was indicted Nov. 1 on six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all fourth-degree felonies, and four counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, all fifth-degree felonies. Between Sept. 1, 2011, and March 1, 2012, Weber allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl and between Sept. 1 and Oct. 23 engaged in sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl. He also allegedly provided or showed obscene materials to three different juvenile females between September 2011 and Oct. 23, 2012, according to his indictment.

Rodney D. Johnson, 35, of 1249 Elno Ave., Kent, was indicted Nov. 5 on one count of trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony. Johnson allegedly sold or intended to sell less than 200 grams of marijuana in Kent on Oct. 7, according to his indictment.

Marvin J.R. James, 26, of Akron, was indicted Nov. 6 on one count of burglary, a second-degree felony. James allegedly broke into an apartment in the 800 block of Silver Meadows Boulevard in Kent on Oct. 12, according to his indictment.

Curtis M. Rothstein, 19, of Strongsville, was indicted Nov. 14 on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Rothstein allegedly possessed methylone, an illegal synthetic stimulant, in Hiram on June 13, according to his indictment.

Daniel J. Vukich, 22, of 774 Etter Road, Suffield, was indicted Nov. 21 on one count each of trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony, and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. Vukich allegedly sold or attempted to sell less than 200 grams of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school in Brimfield on Aug. 23, and possessed a digital scale used to weigh the drug. Specifications to Vukich's indictment will require him to forfeit a 1996 Nissan and $546 to the Brimfield Police Department if convicted, according to his indictment.

Krysten M. Kraykovich and Ashley S. Miceli, both 24 and both of 9001-C Portage Pointe Drive, Streetsboro, were indicted Nov. 27 on one count each of theft, both fifth-degree felonies. Between the two of them, Kraykovich and Miceli allegedly stole more than $2,400 worth of miscellaneous merchandise from the Streetsboro K-Mart between Dec. 1, 2011, and Sept. 18, 2012, according to their indictment.

Jennifer A. Kaplan, aka Jennifer A. Miracle, 26, with a last known address of 223 Whittier Ave., Kent, was indicted Nov. 27 on three counts of receiving stolen property, two fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor. Kaplan/Miracle allegedly possessed a wallet, credit card and check, all reported stolen by a Kent man, on Oct. 15, according to her indictment.
